By accessing or using the Dogwood Woven Co website ("Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

All Dogwood Woven Co products are handcrafted in small batches. Because each item is made by hand, slight variations in color, texture, and size are a natural and beautiful part of the process — not defects.

Product images on the Site are as accurate as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your screen displays colors exactly as they appear in person.

By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card details.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including cases of suspected fraud or product unavailability. If we cancel your order, we will issue a full refund.

We ship within the United States. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Dogwood Woven Co is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

Orders over $75 ship free. Orders below $75 are subject to calculated shipping rates at checkout.

Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

We want you to love your order. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will work with you on a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

All content on this Site — including images, product photos, text, designs, and the Dogwood Woven Co name and logo — is the property of Dogwood Woven Co and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this Site for commercial purposes without our express written permission.

If you create an account on our Site (via Google Sign-In), you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dogwood Woven Co shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of our products.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Dogwood Woven Co operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
